How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States on all orders
over $100. Orders $100 and under that are shipped within the continental
United States are charged a flat shipping and handling
fee of only $6.00. For shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii addresses,
please send us an email at sales@PoolCuesPlus.com
and include the city and zip code where you would like your order shipped and
the items(s) you are interested in.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We do not currently accept orders
shipped to an APO or FPO address due to the fact that order tracking and
delivery confirmation is unavailable to these addresses.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax
on orders that are being shipped to Utah only. All other
orders will not be charged sales tax.
When will my order by shipped?
Most in stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days. Any variations
to this will be stated in the item description. If there is a delay in
processing your order for any reason, we will contact you. After the product leaves the warehouse, Standard UPS or USPS Ground shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by the carrier at the time, is from one to six business days. Please allow for longer order processing and shipping times during busy shopping
seasons such as Christmas. If you have any specific questions about

We only offer high quality products
in our store. All products are backed by warrantees by the respective
manufacturer.
Do you accept international orders?
No. We do not currently accept
international orders.
What is your Return Policy?
We want to make sure you are a happy customer! If you decide after your
purchase that you are unsatisfied with it for any reason, you can return it
within 10 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and
actual shipping. Please note that item must be in new condition. Cues must not be chalked.
What should I do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Although it seldom happens, freight
damage does occasionally occur. If you receive an item that has been
damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will
need to know your order number, the item that was damaged, and a description of
the damage. We will file a claim with the proper shipping carrier and
promptly send a replacement to you.
